Our Board of Directors have a general supervisory role and lead matters of particular or significant importance to the company; governed by certain Articles of the Company Bylaws and of the Regulations of the Board of Directors.

The Algosaibi Board of Directors’ responsibility is to establish the long-term and key objectives and to approve the strategies to accomplish them, including the resources and efforts for strategy implementation. The Board monitor and support our Senior Leadership, who in turn are responsible for the development and successful implementation of strategies.

Acquisitions and disposals of subsidiary and group assets is under approval of the Board of Directors, and the relevant assembly of shareholders when such assets are material and strategic to our activities and interests.

We remain a family-controlled business.

Khalifa Algosaibi Fisheries

Owns and operates a fleet of six shrimp fishing vessels and a modern processing and packaging facility from its marine base in Ras al Manifa in the Northern Arabian Gulf. The catch is processed and quick-frozen for sale in both the local and foreign markets.
